Our core expertise lies in Security Operations Center (SOC) services, incident response, and threat detection. We also provide standalone security services — risk assessments, security architecture, technology implementation, and consultancy.
We work with mid-sized and larger organizations, including those in regulated sectors. We are a member of the international organization TF-CSIRT and actively contribute to the development of the security community.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for Sales Managerwho will actively open new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space.
This role focuses on actively reaching out to the market, building your own client portfolio, and providing ongoing client support.
Your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and turn them into closed deals.
Your job responsibilities:
– actively reaching out to the market (LinkedIn, email, phone)
– Identifying and qualifying potential clients (B2B segment)
– organizing and conducting initial business meetings
– collaborating with the internal team on preparing proposals
– managing sales opportunities in the CRM system through to contract closure
Personal qualifications and skills
What We Expect
– at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally in IT or technology)
– experience with active prospecting (cold outreach, pipeline development)
– independence, discipline, and a results-oriented approach
– excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in cybersecurity is not a requirement.
If you have a strong sales background and a desire to learn, we’ll teach you the technical expertise needed in SOC and security services. We’ll provide technical support during sales meetings and the backing of an experienced team.
We are looking for a salesperson with drive and a positive attitude, not a fully qualified security consultant.
