BinConf RANGE:
The aim of this project BinConf Range implemented by Binary Confidence is to create the first-of-its-kind cyber range in Slovakia, named Binconf range, which will provide advanced training and education in IT operations and management security.
The center will cater to both public and private IT security professionals, aiming to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Additionally, our goal is to increase interest in the field of IT security and motivate more young people, particularly women, to pursue careers in cybersecurity. Binconf range will focus on creating a hub for collaboration and knowledge-sharing among cybersecurity professionals.
The BinConf range is designed to simulate part or the whole network and systems of an organization, with both legitimate and malicious traffic, to provide a comprehensive set of meaningful threat scenarios and cyberattacks.
It includes gamification elements, a collaboration platform, and various assessment and evaluation tools.
The BinConf Range project (project code: 101128075) is co-financed by the Digital Europe (DIGITAL) program and the state program Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic - Investment 4 (project code: 17I04-04-V02-00002), which is overseen by the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization. The project will be implemented from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2026.
BinConf SOC:
The objective of this project is to enhance the maturity of our Security Operations Center (SOC) operations in terms of people, processes, and technology. By focusing on these key aspects, the project aims to bolster the SOC's ability to detect and prevent cyber threats effectively.
Additionally, we want to increase the level of automation within the SOC, thereby improving its overall security posture.
Through these efforts, the project aims to enhance the security capabilities for both customers and partners associated with the BinConf SOC.
The project is implemented by Binary Confidence acting as coordinator, in partnership with ITACON.
