We are cybersecurity specialists. Since 2014, we have been helping organizations strengthen their resilience against cyber threats and protect their IT environments.

Our core expertise lies in Security Operations Center (SOC) services, incident response, and threat detection. We also provide standalone security services — risk assessments, security architecture, technology implementation, and consultancy.

We work with mid-sized and larger organizations, including those in regulated sectors.
We are a member of the international organization TF-CSIRT and actively contribute to the development of the security community.

Job description, authority and responsibility

Who We Are Looking For 
We are looking for a part-time B2B Sales Hunterwho will actively open new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space.  This is a new business development role not account management of existing clients.  Your primary responsibility will be to actively acquire new clients and drive deals through to successful contract closure. 

Your Responsibilities 
  • Active market outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone) 
  • Identification and qualification of potential clients (B2B segment) 
  • Organizing and leading introductory sales meetings 
  • Collaborating with the internal team on proposal preparation 
  • Managing sales opportunities in CRM through to contract closure 

Your goal is to generate new business opportunities and convert them into closed deals. 

Personal qualifications and skills

What We Expect 
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally in IT or technology) 
  • Proven experience in active hunting (cold outreach, pipeline building) 
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven mindset 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work with CRM tools (an advantage) 

Experience in cybersecurity is not a requirement.  If you have a strong sales foundation and a willingness to learn, we will provide you with the technical knowledge in SOC and security services. We will support you with technical expertise during sales meetings and the backing of an experienced team.  We are looking for a driven sales professional — not a ready-made security consultant.

If you are excited about building new business opportunities in an area of strategic importance to every modern organization, we would love to hear from you.  As we are building a long-term recurring services portfolio (SOC, CISOaaS), we plan to expand the sales team over time.  With a sufficiently developed portfolio, there is an opportunity to transition toward long-term client management (a farmer / account management role) or broader sales responsibilities.  We want to work with people who want to grow with us. 

Compensation 
Compensation is based on a commission model tied to successfully invoiced deals: 
  • Commission on one-time projects 
  • Commission on monthly recurring services (MRR) 

Commission is earned upon client payment of the invoice.  The commission rate will be agreed individually based on experience and the nature of the collaboration.
